16.1. The contract (including the Provisions) is drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of LatviaLithuaunia. All issues not agreed in the contract will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia Lithuaunia by applying the regulatory enactments of the Republic of LatviaLithuaunia.
17. Dispute examination procedure
17.1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from the contract or affecting the contract (including the Provisions), amending, violation, termination, legality, validity or translation (interpretation) thereof are resolved through negotiations. If the Parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, it is resolved in the court of the Republic of LatviaLithuaunia.
