What is a distribution partner?
As a distribution partner you can offer cloud accounts to their your end customers for the same pricing as on our Cloud price list, but host these accounts on their your own infrastructure i.e. create their your own flex.bi cloud. In order to do that we offer to subscribe for their your own special Enterprise version of flex.bi with included 3 accounts and the option to purchase additional accounts one by one to an unlimited total amount. Both the first without a total account limit.
What are the benefits?
- As this is your own cloud you have full control over hardware, software, security, performance, monitoring and other aspects of service delivery
- Both the initial Enterprise subscription as well as all future accounts are billed to

Conditions
There are some conditions applying for this offer:
- flex.bi has to have a read only access to the SQL database of this Enterprise version in order to check licensing data and invoice distributoryou
- it is not allowed to change the limits of flex.bi cloud accounts for example by increasing the amount of users or storage. Instead customer should be upgraded to a higher level account or Enterprise version
