What is a distribution partner?
As a distribution partner you can offer cloud accounts to your end customers for the same pricing as on our Cloud price list, but host these accounts on your own infrastructure i.e. create your own flex.bi cloud. In order to do that we offer to subscribe for your own Enterprise server of flex.bi with included 3 accounts and the option to purchase additional accounts one by one without a total account limit.

What are the benefits?
- As this is your own cloud you You can adjust flex.bi visual look and functionality to your market needs.
- You have full control over hardware, software, security, performance, monitoring and other aspects of service delivery
- Both the initial Enterprise subscription as well as all future accounts are billed to you with the agreed discount without any limitation in time
- Other sales of Enterprise and Cloud plans on our server qualify for Distributor discounts for fist 24 months

Distributor partners can offer 3 types of license to their customers:
- flex.bi Cloud accounts, hosted and serviced by flex.bi, See end user pricing.
- Your flex.bi Enterprise Cloud server accounts (shared server for many customers). You can keep our pricing or create custom pricing plans.
- Enterprise server license, with your hosting for customers who need dedicated server, See end user pricing.

Distributor margin
Margin varies from 25% - 30% for first 24 months of subscription. After this period margin varies depending on license.

Conditions
Conditions applying to this offer:
- flex.bi has to have a read only access to the SQL database of this Enterprise version in order to check licensing data and invoice you based on actual account quantity on server
- It is not allowed to change the limits of flex.bi cloud accounts for example by increasing the amount of users or storage. Instead customer should be upgraded to a higher level account or Enterprise version
- You are ready to learn, support your customers and offer them good service on consulting or even programming
- You are in charge of your server and version updates and any other maintenance related to flex.bi server
