Subject

System doesn't send out E-invoices to Omniva. The Queue doesn't move (Sales Ledger >> Settings >> Electronic Invoice Queue).


Description of solution / instructions

There could could be two reasons why this is happening:

  1. There have been server restart;
  2. System enabler is expired.


  1. After each server restart need to activate e-invoice service again.
  • Go to System >> Settings >> Cloud Services Setting >> Operations >> Register for E-Invoicing

  • Choose Sending Invoices (Omniva) >> Activate Service
