Description of the service
Burti can offer access to your StandardERP and/or HansaWorld text backups using Dropbox. We have selected this solution as the most stable and safe due to the fact that:
- Dropbox is an enterprise grade storage service with the appropriate support for security and other requirements
- It is widely available and even possible to use it fro free up until on average 5GB of storage space which allows to store decent amount of backup files
- It is easy to set up even for users without specific knowledge of server and backup system management
Setup of the service
- To enable access to this service please write an email to support@burti.lv, with the title "Dropbox access" or tell about this wish to your project manager.
- We will send you more specific details about this service (e.g. backup quantity, backup times, schedules and pricing). Pricing Price of this service is usually 25EUR)/month
- Once the offer is signed and accepted please follow these instructions:

- Create a folder named "CompanyName-Backups" (using the actual name of your company instead of "CompanyName")
- Hover the right side of the folder and press the "Share" button once it appears
- And Invite people to collaborate...
- On the window that appears add the email account asp@burti.lv with the "can edit" permission setting.
- You are doneYour part of the setup is done. Once we setup backup transfer you will see them appear in your Dropbox account.
