- To make sure that the server is correctly set up and sufficiently accessible to the Document Form Editor, navigate to the server's web port and function "Web_JSON_CompaniesBlock.hal" (e.g. http://herbe.burti.lv:7123/Web_JSON_CompaniesBlock.hal). You should receive a JSON formatted response containing the list of companies - this indicates a proper setup. If you get a "File not found" warning, you likely have not set up the hobcust folder properly with the DOC.hob file. Other issues might include firewalled access to the server. The server where the Document Form Editor is hosted (at the time of writing: ronis.asp.burti.lv) needs to be able to access the SERP web server. Please also note that in such cases you might not be able to test the setup in this manner, as the test also relies on your computer being able to access the web port of the SERP server.
Using the editor
Navigate your Chrome browser to https://burti.lv/doc-form-editor/ and try to log in with the same user you are using for other Burti systems such as Service Desk. After logging in your should get this kind of interface
