How to delete Mailbox in Standard Books/Standard ERP if they are no longer needed and if the module E-mail and Conferences is active.
Description of solution / instructions
To delete mailbox in the system, it is first necessary to empty it.
Module Email and Conferences -> Routines -> Maintenance ->
Empty Mailbox -> 
Find and select the person whose mailbox needs to be emptied ->
Run 
After the mailbox is emptied, it is possible to delete it.
Module Email and Conferences -> Settings ->
Mailbox Browse -> 
Find and open the record that must be deleted → 
Record Menu -> Record -> Delete
