Dear Hansawold Partners ! 


Im Flex.bi we believe that you are moving towards the same goal like we are - to make Hansaworld users happy customers, by taking care of their needs, supporting them and helping them to find answers they are looking for. Sometimes it can be hard and time consuming, but most of the cases it is fun and beneficial process for both sides, as we get to know new things, do challenging implementations and earn some money at the end of a day.

 No matter how big or small partner you are, no matter if you have only interest about the product,have a sales lead or ready to implement big project, we in Flex.bi always will try to do our best to support you and hold your hand if you need to. As well as that, we are also happy to give you all the tools to make you a part of product development, listening to your suggestions and reviews,  teach you how to do customisations & consulting of the product for your customers in your own.

List below describes general process of becoming a Flex.bi partner, for different parts of the world and specific cases conditions may vary, so if you are not sure which option is better for you please contact me or our support support@flex.bi for any questions you might have.

Becoming a partner  

 

-  we are providing you with 1 account on Flex.bi Cloud, for Demo purposes ( you adopt it for your local needs, if necessary ) 
-  we offer you a basic partner training ( aprox 1hr  online ), to support during set up porcess and discuss the sales process
-  you are listed as flex.bi partner on our partner web page 
Sales process 
- You have to inform us about open sales leads and keep us updated on their statuses
- End user pricing for the product must be kept at levels that are listed on our pricing page : http://flex.bi/en/prices.html
- You are allowed to invoice customer for the product and we invoice you for our part  ( total minus discount 10%-20% depending on a sale ).  
- Partner discount will be applied on initial licence price (private.bi) or first 24 months of subscription (flex.bi Cloud)
- You can use this percentage to give a discount for your potential customer
- If you do not wish to invoice customer directly - we can do it for you and credit you with our services or you can invoice us afterwards
Licencing and aftersales
- We provide you with a product key as soon as we have received payment for the licence
- We inform you about latest versions and impovements available
- We provide you with online documentation for easier training, implementation and support  
- You provide your customers with first level support while we in turn provide you with 2nd and 3rd level support in cases that you can not manage with
- You are allowed to sell services of Flex.bi  - programming, consulting or any other service at pricing that you find useful for your local market and customers
- If you need some more complex adjustments, you can order them with us as usual
