Dear Partners! 

     In flex.bi we believe that you are moving towards the same goal that we are - to make HansaWorld users and their customers, by taking care of their needs, supporting them and helping them to find answers they are looking for. Sometimes it can be hard and time consuming by tackling challenging implementations, but most of the cases we encounter are fun and an beneficial process for both sides.

      It doesn't matter how big or small of partner you are or if you are only interested in the product, have a sales lead or a ready to implement project, we in flex.bi will always do our best to support you and help guide you if and when the need arises. We are always happy to share all of the tools available to us with our Service partners who can use them to teach you how to become more independent and provide customizations and consulting for your customers on your own. By becoming a Distributor partner you have a chance to create your own local flex.bi servers where you can expand your ideas, new integrations and cater to the specific local market demand. And of course  - your suggestions on improvements and reviews are highly welcome in any time. 

     The list below describes the general process of becoming a flex.bi partner, for different parts of the world, conditions for some partners may vary, so if you are not sure which option is better for you please contact our support support@flex.bi, or Skype flexbi.support for any questions you might have.

Becoming a partner
 

  • You receive 1-2 hour general flex.bi training Online for your team
  • You have read and agree on general Terms and conditions for becoming a flex.bi partner and have signed partner agreement.
  • You are listed as a flex.bi partner on our partner web page 
  • We keep you informed about recent updates and news 

Tools provided for you
 

  • A free account on the Flex.bi Cloud, for local Demo purposes
  • Online Skype support:  flexbi.support
  • An extra customer Trial account for 1 month
  • A partner discount for subscriptions and services 
  • For Distributor partners only - a 3 month Trial for flex.bi Private Limited (3 accounts), setup fee applies, contact us for more info. 
     

Terms and conditions

       1.1 Our promise 
 
  • We inform you about latest versions and improvements available .
  • We provide you with online documentation for easier training, implementation and support and publish news in our Online Support Center http://ej.uz/FlexbiSupportCentre
  • We provide you with a product key as soon as we have received the payment for the license.
  • We quote, estimate and implement your requests for solutions, based on our prices for your region.
 

      1.2 Your promise  
 

  • You inform us about open sales leads and keep us updated on their statuses
  • You keep the end user pricing for the product at levels that are listed on our pricing page : http://flex.bi/en/prices.html
  • You are allowed to sell your own Flex.bi services as well as ours: programming, consulting or any other service at pricing that you find useful for your local market and customers.
  • You are allowed to invoice customers for the product, but we can do it for you as well 
  • Partner discount will be applied for the first 24 months of subscription 
  • You can use your partner discount by giving discount to your customer
  • You provide your customers with first level support when possible

These are general rules, that are implemented in our Hansaworld Partner agreement.

Partner programs 

See the descriptions and find out which program is suitable for you. The initial process of becoming a partner is described below and is similar for both programs. 

  • Service partner  - Flex.bi Cloud and Private functionality in general suits your local market. You would like to use what flex.bi is offering for the HansaWorld sales process and are ready to do consulting for your customers and be a part of the more complex implementations.  
  • Distributor partner  -  Flex.bi Cloud and Private functionality in general suits your local market needs but you have a big customer base and you would like to manage separate shared server for them. Maybe your local market demands specific analytics that need customizations and you are ready to try to implement them in your own flex.bi server and resell it to the local market? You are ready to learn, support your customers and offer them good service on consulting, or even programming. You have a person who would be in charge of your server and will have enough time to change versions, read updates and be the key flex.bi person in your company.
