Template Export / Import - from report definitions

1.Go  to Template Library and choose reports you would like to see on your data

• HansaWorld Invoices report Templates
• HansaWorld CRM report Templates
• HansaWorld Financials report Templates
• Item statistics Report Dashboard   - Press here to download definition
• Person Statistics Dashboard Preview  - Press here to download definition
• Trends and Forecasts
• Team competitions
• Unpaid Invoices
• HansaWorld Job Costing report Templates with project budget monitoring

2. To Export / Import Report Template

1. Open report  - Click on Report name in Dashboard or in Analyze tab.
2.  Open Export Report Definition Window at the right corner of window (..) and Copy Content in Clipboard
3. Go to Analyze tab and choose Import definition button.
4. Paste content of Clipboard  in this window and press ok. Report will be created automatically with all measures.

3. To Export / Import Dashboard Template

1. Open Template Dashboard and select  Export definition option the right corner of Dashboard
2. Select New Dashboard option and then select Import definition on the he right corner of Dashboard. Press ok.
3. Dashboard will be created automatically with all reports and measures.

1. Navigate to Template Dashboard and decide if you want to import whole dashboard or only one report 

1. Open Export  Definition Window at the right corner of Dashboard  or Report overview window (..) and Copy Content in Clipboard

Congratulations - you saved a lot of time here by not trying to invent the bicycle.. 

Report importing   :  Go to Analyze tab and choose Import definition button. Paste content of Clipboard  in Import  window and press ok. Report will be created automatically with all measures.
