It is not possible to import a file because some records/blocks are locked

Subject

When trying to import a file in SERP, system gives a message: "Some records/blocks are locked"

Description of solution / instructions

This message indicates that in the system there is an unsaved record, i.e., record in status "Update" or/and "New".

To avoid this situation user needs to put an enabler EnabLOCK in his program folder.

  • Unzip file first
