A distribution partner can offer cloud accounts to their end customers for the same pricing as on our Cloud price list, but host these accounts on their own infrastructure i.e. create their own flex.bi cloud. In order to do that we offer to subscribe for their own Enterprise version of flex.bi with included 3 accounts and the option to purchase additional accounts one by one to an unlimited total amount.
Both the first Enterprise subscription as well as all future accounts are billed to the distributor with the agreed discount with the additional benefit that these Distributor cloud account discounts are not limited in time.
There are some conditions applying for this offer:
- flex.bi has to have a read only access to the SQL database of this Enterprise version in order to check licensing data and invoice distributor
- it is not allowed change the limits of flex.bi cloud accounts for example by increasing the amount of users or storage. Instead customer should be upgraded to a higher level account or Enterprise version
