When exporting a register, for example, Activity Consequences (ActSeqVc), a TXT file includes additional row with $%^!: and further contains other values.
Description of solution / instructions
$%^!: indicates a block of customised field, i.e., fields that are not standard fields.
Meaning of customised fields can be asked to a programmer. If you have access to a customer's code then look at the allwindows.hal file for this certain register (Vc).
