To remove a Mailbox in Standard Books/Standard ERP when it is no longer needed and the E-mail and Conferences module is active, follow these steps.
Description of solution / instructions
In order to delete a mailbox in the system, it is essential to first empty it.
Module Email and Conferences -> Routines -> Maintenance -> Empty Mailbox ->
Find and select the person whose mailbox needs to be emptied ->
Run:
Once the mailbox has been emptied, it can be deleted.
Module Email and Conferences -> Settings -> Mailbox Browse ->
Find and open the record that must be deleted →
Record Menu -> Record -> Delete
