Partner programs 

See the descriptions and find out which program is suitable for you. The initial process of becoming a partner is described below and is similar for both programs.

the Standartd ERP sales process, but dot want to be involved consulting process.

We provide support for customer.

flex.bi Cloud and Enterprise functionality in general suits your local market. You would like to use what flex.bi is offering for the Standartd ERP sales process and are ready to do consulting for your customers and be a part of flex.bi implementations.

Partner provides support for customer (24 hour response)

 flex.bi Cloud and Enterprise functionality in general suits your local market needs but you have a big customer base and you would like to manage separate shared server for them.  You are ready to learn, support your customers and offer them good service on consulting, or even programming. You have a person who would be in charge of your server and will have enough time to change versions, read updates and be the key flex.bi person in your company.

These are general rules, that are implemented in our flex.bi Partner agreement. 

        Our promise 

 
  • We inform you about latest versions and improvements available .
  • We provide you with online documentation for easier training, implementation and support and publish news in our Online Support Center
  • We provide you with a product key as soon as we have received the payment for the license.
  • We quote, estimate and implement your requests for solutions, based on our prices for your region.
 

      Your promise  
 

  • You inform us about open sales leads and keep us updated on their statuses
  • You keep the end user pricing for the product at levels that are listed on our pricing page : http://flex.bi/en/prices.html
  • You are allowed to sell your own flex.bi services as well as ours: programming, consulting or any other service at pricing that you find useful for your local market and customers.
  • You are allowed to invoice customers for the product, but we can do it for you as well 
  • You can use your partner discount by giving discount to your customer
  • You provide your customers with first level support when possible
