Subject
System doesn't send out E-invoices to Omniva. The Queue doesn't move (Sales Ledger >> Settings >> Electronic Invoice Queue).
Description of solution / instructions
There could be two reasons why this is happening:
- There have been server restart;
- System enabler is expired.
- After each server restart need to activate e-invoice service again.
- Go to System >> Settings >> Cloud Services Setting >> Operations >> Register for E-Invoicing
- Choose Sending Invoices (Omniva) >> Activate Service
2. Each month system requires new enabler to provide full system functionality but sometime (different reasons) it doesn't happen automatically. Need to ask enabler manually.
- Go to System >> Settings >> Internet Enabler >> push on button "Get Enabler Key"

To check if E-invoicing service is up and running again go to:
- Go to System >> Settings >> Cloud Services Setting >> E-payments >> check if Date and Time field values changed.
