In the system works more then one user. How can i keep a track of the changes?


Description of solution / instructions

To keep a track of the changes use the standard functionality "Record History".

  • Technics >> Settings >> Logging Control >> Select a register to which save the changes. 
    • To activate the change logging restart the server.

  • To run record history report (report which summarise all done activities with record) use Toolbar option Record >> History.
    • Record should be opened to run the report.

 

  • Report will show:
    • Date - when action was done and will open full record how it looked before changes;
    • Time - at what time action was done;
    • User code - which user did action;
    • Created/Update/Read/Deleted - what kind of action was done;
    • Compare - before and after values of all changed fields, checkboxes and radio buttons.
