Step 1: Add your Hansaworld data to your account

 

Option 1 : with SOURCE FILES

Suitable for demo accounts and quick testing purposes.

For this option you need to:

  1. Export files from your HansaWorld system Integration or Data maintenance module
  2. Setup HansaWorld application in Source application tab

You can also setup Automated exports with HAL package provided by us who will push files to server automatically.  This option requires setup.

OR

Option 2 : with REST API

Suitable for accounts with small to medium amount of data as it will push all data from selected start date.

For this option you need to:

  1. Set up Standard ERP for REST API connection and get the connection link
  2. Setup HansaWorld application with REST API in Source application tab

Connection available  from version 8.1 or later, Hansaworld Webshop module access required to setup Rest API link

Step 2: Import templates

This step will take only couple of minutes, and you will have ready to use reports you can use.

  1. Choose reports you like and export report definitions

Step 3: Adjust templates to your data

Most of templates will work out of the box if you have imported current year data. If after importing the template report deos not show any results  - open it by clicking on its name and check the data filtering selections e.g. adjust time period, sales persons, customer and other dimensions filters.
