Standard ID of a user blocked and can not log in to system

Problem

When user is logging into the server the login process is very slow and as a result you get a message that this user is blocked.

Solution

This might mean that:

  1. user is blocked i.e. is not validated with Standard ID authentication system. For this please try to log into mystandard.hansaworld.net. If you succeed - user is not blocked
  2. firewall is blocking outgoing requests to Standard ID server. For this please make sure that in firewall these outgoing requests are allowed:
