Burti management of backups (ENG)

Since SERP 8.5 if you have not chosen a Backup plan, then by default you are subscribed the HansaWorld data protection plan level 1. This means that every night your system creates a backup called TB.TXT and every night this file is overwritten by the next backup. However if you are a client of Burti Hosting, then every night Burti backup script looks in your StandardERP Backup folder to see if it can find a file named TB.TXT or TB.TXT.bz2. If such a file is found then before copying this backup file to Burti off-site backup storage server, this file is renamed to TB 'last two digits of the year' 'month digits' 'date'.TXT or .TXT.bz2 accordingly.
