How to use mystandard page - official guide from HansaWorld

If you are hosted by us, HansaWorld or even on premises with cloud node - you can access the mystandard page and control you server instance as well as access interesting information such as your contract configuration, subscription invoices and more.

HansaWorld has published an official how to that we re-publish here, but the online version is available as well.

My Standard

We are happy to introduce My Standard whereby you can manage access, companies and your subscriptions.
Our My Standard page offers functionality to Start and Stop your company, update your version, view log, and many more. 

How to access

Navigate to the Support Forum for information on how to access the My Standard page. 
My Standard
When you log in to the My Standard page you will see your company listed on the left hand side of the page. 
Click on the company for additional menu items to appear. 
You will now see the following options Access Management, Company and Server Management and Payments. 

Access Management

Manage Users

The Manage Users option will allow you to add users and manage who has access to your company through the My Standard page.
Select Manager Users and a new window will open where you can manage the actions each user can perform.
New Users can also be added by selecting the ‘Add User’ option. Once a user has been added they will be able to manage company related issues through the My Standard page, yet won't automatically have access to the database. For users to have access to both the My Standard page and the database, an additional user should be added inside the app. 

Company and Server Management

Start or Stop a Company

If you detect an issue which can be resolved by stoping or starting you company, you are now able to do it yourself. A force stop can also be actioned, if necessary, by selecting this from the options listed. 

Update Version

The Update version option will allow you to update your company to the newest version. If you know that there are useful changes in the new version you should use this function to update your company. In general, we recommend you always keep your company up-to-date.

List Backups

The List Backups option lists the created backups. When you choose the option, the latest backup will be displayed. For Standard Accounts, backups will be created automatically every time your company shuts down. This happens every time you log out from your Standard Accounts app. In Standard ERP, the time the backup is generated depends on the type of backup you have selected, either database backup, textback up or Journaling, as well as the time the user has specified. 

Create Backups

This function will only be available when the company is not running. To make this function available, stop your company and then click to create a backup. Backups of your database will be automatically created and available in the list of backups. These backups are encrypted. 

File Manager

Upload and download your files, HAL customisations, logos and pictures.

View Log

The View Log option allows you to see log entries about your company activity. This provides technical information about when backups were created and who was connected to the system at a particular time. Note, that the times in the log are taken from the company which may not be in your time zone.

Connect

If you press the Connect button, you will be able to choose either to download a client which will be connected to your company or to connect using a web client, which will allow you to connect to your company from your browser. These options mean you can connect to your company from anywhere at any time.

Payments

Invoices
This function will direct you to the invoice section of your online marketplace. You will be able to view and download all invoices for the period specified. 

Subscriptions

This function will direct you to the subscription section of your online marketplace. You will be able to subscribe to additional functionalities or unsubscribe from current ones.
